Low Noise Study Spaces

For spaces where you can talk, but with less activity than in conversational spaces, try out these areas with low noise. You also likely find more background noise with people passing through than in our quiet spaces. Low noise spaces work well for studying solo or working quietly with a partner or small group.

Spaces across campus

A small, tucked away reading room near the Hatcher North lobby.

Dual-purpose space

When events aren't taking place, you can study in the Hatcher Gallery Event Space on the first floor of Hatcher North. There are also high-top tables and some lounge chairs around the Exhibit Space.
