Strategic Planning

We advocate for coordinated and intentional strategic planning efforts across the organization and supports all library colleagues in this work. By offering leadership and guidance, the department ensures the library’s planning efforts are values-driven, data-informed, and user-centric.

Out team is committed to helping advance the library’s vision of becoming a learning organization and integrating our diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility philosophy into everything we do. We also ensures the library’s strategic work remains in alignment with the university’s planning efforts, as well as other important strategic partners.
