Join us for this special Ann Arbor Comic Arts Festival (A2CAF) pre-conference for librarians, educators, and cartoonists! Get ready for the fun events at A2CAF by leveling up your comics knowledge and skills with the people who care about the medium as much as you do!
How do comics creators discover what kind of comics they want to make? Who their audience is? Which stories inspire them? Join A2CAF guests Kazu Kibuishi (Amulet), Victoria Jamieson (When Stars Are Scattered), and John Patrick Green (Investigators) for a rich discussion about the decisions they make when creating graphic novels. Moderated by Meggie Ramm.
