I enjoy bringing people together to turn ideas into meaningful, successful projects. As a Project Manager on the Strategic Planning team, I work with colleagues across the library to guide complex initiatives from planning and implementation through assessment. My work supports projects that strengthen library services, enhance our spaces, and improve the experiences of the people who use and work in our libraries.

My approach is people-centered and values-focused. I strive to create inclusive environments where people feel heard, facilitate conversations across diverse perspectives, and help teams navigate change with clarity and trust. I’m passionate about helping teams stay organized, solve problems together, and celebrate progress along the way.
