My job is to coordinate and facilitate effective, inclusive, and equitable assessment practices within the Library.  This involves both consulting with others on their assessment projects and leading larger assessment initiatives.  I conduct and assist with assessment on a wide range of topics using an array of approaches (qualitative, quantitative, mixed methods).  

I also do some consulting with external researchers about study design, survey methodology, quantitative and qualitative data analysis, data reporting, and related issues.
