About me

As the Chinese Studies Librarian, I develop and manage the University of Michigan Library's collection of Sinophone languages and cultures, ensuring our holdings remain comprehensive and relevant to user needs. To support teaching, learning, and research initiatives on campus and beyond, I work closely with faculty, students, and researchers, offering personalized reference services and instruction sessions. I also serve as the liaison for the Lieberthal-Rogel Center for Chinese Studies to promote library resources and services.

I received my B.A. and M.A. in Chinese Literature from National Taiwan University and my M.S. in Library and Information Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Prior to joining the U-M Library, I served as an assistant for East Asian Studies collections and services at the University of Illinois's International and Area Studies Library. My primary research interest lies in the history of writing and books in pre-modern East Asia.
