I joined the M LIbrary team in 2017 as the borrowing processing coordinator working in Document Delivery.  I oversee the borrowing processing procedures of our student employees who process hundreds of materials daily which have been borrowed from libraries all over the U.S. and across the globe! These materials have been requested by University of Michigan students, faculty, and staff.
