I am a Search Engineer of HathiTrust Digital Library.

Over the past 10 years, I have been working on designing and implementing data pipeline architectures for indexing sources of texts and extracting information based on full-text search. 

I obtained my Ph.D in Natural Language Processing in 2015 from the University of São Paulo - Brazil and my MSc in Digital Signal Processing in 2010 from the same univerisity. I received my Engineer's degree in Computer Science in 2007 from the Havana Technological University - Cuba.
