I work with the Outreach and AV team at the University of Michigan Library, where I support instructional technology, audiovisual systems, events, and hybrid learning spaces. My role includes everything from helping faculty and staff navigate technology challenges to supporting live events, producing recordings, and improving workflows that make our services more effective and accessible.

I enjoy solving problems, building practical solutions, and helping people get the most out of the technology they use. Whether I'm troubleshooting a instruction space issue, coordinating technology for an event, or documenting a new process, I appreciate work that combines technical expertise with collaboration.
