I provide leadership for Metadata Services by seeking innovative policies, efficiencies, and practices in order to provide continuous, reliable access to the University Library's resources. Metadata Services resolves outages of electronic resources; performs copyright review for HathiTrust resources; administers usage statistics operations; and administers the ticketing system used across Technical Services units. I am also responsible for ongoing analysis of workflows within the department and enhancement of processes across teams.
