I help to process requests for loans and scans of library materials for UofM patrons from top to bottom by finding, retrieving, and delivering them, either physically or electronically. My work takes me frequently out to North Campus, and when I'm not trying to track down a resource you can often find me out and about town driving our Document Delivery van.
