I manage and prioritize the work of the Accessibility Remediation Program to make digital publications, collections, and content more accessible. I supervise student specialists, monitor incoming requests for remediation, direct remediation of legacy content, and plan for upcoming projects. 

I host training and workshops covering the use of free or low-cost tools for captioning video and audio files, and remediating PDFs for accessibility. I also consult with colleagues about their current and upcoming projects to improve their accessibility upon completion.
