We offer creative workspace and expert guidance for students, faculty, and staff to develop, experiment, and collaborate on projects through the use of a variety of available tools — from hands-on and digital prototype and design equipment to community engagement resources. Services during COVID-19

The Workshop and PIE Space are closed through the spring/summer 2021 semester.

Our media production rooms are available by reservation following completion of our online training modules in Canvas, which cover our policies, procedures, and hardware. Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are limited to 2 hours.

  1. Design Lab Workshop

    Get creative with our 3D printers, die cutters, engraving machine, and other hands-on equipment.

  2. Perlstein Editing Room

    Equipment for media post-production, game design, 3D and graphic design, and animation.

  3. Winberg Audio Production Room

    Professional space to produce and edit audio and record music.

  4. Design Lab PIE Space

    Meet for a group project and get inspired in this open workspace.
