How to get the library materials you need — whether or not they're in our collections.

Borrowing during COVID-19

While physical items are not currently available, we provide a number of services to get you access to items that aren’t available online. See Borrowing and Access During COVID-19 for more information.

  1. Get Items Off the Shelves

    Guidance for retrieving items on your own from the stacks and requesting help.

  2. Pick Up Items at a Library Desk

    Use “Get This” to have materials delivered to the library location of your choice.

  3. Request Delivery to Your Department

    Use departmental delivery to have available items brought right to you.

  4. Request Items from Another Institution Using Interlibrary Loan

    Use interlibrary loan to get articles, books, and other materials not available in our collection.
