Long Overdue and Suspended Privileges

Borrowing privileges will be suspended if materials are 30 days or more overdue, or if a recalled item is 1 or more days overdue.

Interlibrary loan privileges will be suspended if an interlibrary loan item is 14 days or more overdue or a recalled item is 1 or more days overdue.

Privileges will be restored when the items have been returned.

Financial holds on student accounts

Materials that are 90 days or more overdue on student accounts will result in a financial hold, which blocks students from registering for classes or receiving transcripts.

The hold is released when items are returned or when replacement costs are paid for lost materials.

The hold can be removed at the Hatcher North Information Services desk.
