Stop by to see the latest additions to our map collection — including a Mercator-Hondius Atlas (1630), a Manga map of the world (1933), 19th century school girl maps, and much more — and let us know what kinds of maps you’d like to see added to our map library!
The Clark Library is continually building its collections through purchases and gifts in order to support campus research and instruction and serve as a historical and cultural resource for the citizens of Michigan and beyond.
Join us (on the 2nd floor of Hatcher) for Third Thursdays at the Library, a themed monthly open house where we share materials from our collections. While you’re here, pick up a passport and collect a stamp from each of the four Third Thursday Open Houses — the Clark Library, International Studies, Asia Library, and the Special Collections Research Center — to win a prize!
