How do I find a journal title if I only have an abbreviation?

A good source is the PubMed Journals Database (in the left sidebar). Enter your abbreviation to get the full title – or enter the full title to find the abbreviation.

Another possibility is to use sources in the Journal/Book Information tab of the LibGuide "Scientific Writing and Publishing for Health Sciences"(see the box labeled "Journal Information Databases").
