These gift agreement forms assist University of Michigan librarians working with donors of library collections and may be useful to other members of the University of Michigan community. 

• Gift Agreement template (long form): drafted to capture information related to copyrights a donor may hold
• Gift Agreement template (short form): designed for gifts where no copyrights are being transferred
