As the Fulfillment Services Information, Documentation and Training Manager my position will focus on three areas of support for the Operations Division.

Fulfillment Information Management:

• Oversee the collection, storage, distribution and maintenance of fulfillment services documentation and communication for Library Operations, including managing the Operations Fulfillment Services Policies and Procedures project 
• Develop a system to ensure that appropriate Operations staff are creating and submitting fulfillment services and Alma procedural documentation 
• Develop a regular policies and procedures review process

Fulfillment Services and Alma Support: 

• Function as a co-chair of the Alma Fulfillment Working Group, and serve as a member of the Alma Coordinating Committee (ACC)
• As an Alma Fulfillment Services Administrator, facilitate the research and training of Alma fulfillment services functions and processes 
• Maintain the Operations fulfillment services support email address LibOpsFulfillmentSupport@umich.edu

Operations Support: 

• Support Operations managers to plan annual department goals 
• Support the Fulfillment Services managers team with onboarding, training, and mentoring programs 
• Facilitate the creation and maintenance of onboarding instruction and training for new Library Operations staff and supervisors 
• Liaise with library colleagues to support and/or execute library-wide orientations to Operations and Fulfillment Services
