I provide information desk services to patrons at the Hatcher Graduate Library and the Shapiro Undergraduate Library (the UGLI). I point patrons to the resources that they need, help them navigate library buildings and the surrounding campus, and process books and other materials. I'm a recent graduate of the Residential College at the University of Michigan with a Bachelor's degree in Creative Writing and Literature, so please talk to me about books!
