I currently manage the Operations division of the Library at the Art, Architecture, and Engineering Library within the Duderstadt Center to assure quality patron care and maintain the safety and security of the buildings during operating hours. My main goal of any shift is to make sure that the library is running smoothly, from ensuring service points are covered to troubleshooting issues as they arise, like looking further into Alma questions that need answered. I like to be a project oriented person, when time allows, so I have spearheaded the Circulation & Access Services Procedures project for Operations at large. I am currently serving the first year of my first term on the Library Diversity Council.
