I work at the Art, Architecture and Engineering library. I provide customer service to a diverse range of library users in person, by phone and email and provide coverage for the service desks and back-up supervision. As the leader of the course reserves team, I manage, maintain and coordinate all reserves services and course reserves processing. Additionally, I assist in training new employees as well as aiding with stacks responsibilities.
