Data Organization & Management

Library staff are ready to help researchers understand, develop and apply strategies for organizing and managing their data, including:

  • Taking steps to organize and manage one’s data to help facilitate transitions within and across stages in the lifecycle, from active use to curation/preservation
  • Assisting in managing and organizing data and in developing solutions
  • Advising researchers in generating written data management plans or policies that align with their situations and needs
  • Identifying tools or resources that may assist researchers in organizing and managing data, such as Electronic Lab Notebooks
