Library Diversity Award

Each spring, the Library Diversity Council presents two Library Diversity Awards: one to a librarian or staff member who has advocated for diversity through their work at the library or in the local community, and another to a library group or committee that has strongly enhanced the library's commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility.

Library Diversity Award Winners

We honor the work of these staff members at a library-wide diversity celebration lunch, and have their names added to a plaque in the library.
