Learn how to fold your own pocket puzzle purses and add embellishments to create unique paper engineered objects to give to friends and family just in time for Valentine's Day.

Puzzle purses look complicated, but they're actually created from a single sheet of paper and require no scissors or glue. They take some practice to learn to fold, but anyone can learn to make one, and they make great Valentines.

Jamie Vander Broek is the curator for Book Arts and the librarian for Art, Design & Art History at the U-M Library. She also runs the Book Arts Studio at the Art, Architecture and Engineering Library on North Campus.
