Richard C. Adler is the coordinator of the Michigan Service Hub. He works with universities and other cultural institutions in the state of Michigan to help them share their digital collections through the Digital Public Library of America.
Prior to joining the Michigan Service Hub, he worked in the U-M Library's Copyright Office as the project manager for Copyright Review Management System–World, a project funded by grants from the Institute of Museum and Library Services. Richard is a former Borders book buyer/merchandiser; was a co-founder of a web development group, the Future Forward Institute; and worked at Michigan State University as an Electronic Records Archivist.
He has an M.S.I. (Archives and Records Management) from the University of Michigan's School of Information and an M.A. in History (medieval Europe) from Harvard.
