I graduated from the University of Michigan's Residential College and have a BA in Biological Anthropology.  I have worked for the University Library since 1994, starting as a student assistant in Technical Services. I have held a number of positions in Document Delivery since then, including for the defunct fee-based information service, MITS. I also handled e-reserves for University Reserves for three years. I have served on the OCLC RLG SHARES Executive Group and the ALA RUSA STARS Rethinking Resource Sharing Policies Committee.

I manage Interlibrary Loan Lending and Borrowing, and the Local Document Delivery service formerly known as 7FAST.
