As a Digital Scholarship Specialist, I strive to empower researchers to create meaningful and feasible digital projects. I take a social justice and data feminist approach to digital scholarship by helping people understand the real-world implications of data collection and analysis. My interests include data curation and visualization, collections as data, privacy and surveillance, and the effects of computing on the environment.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and I previously worked in digital scholarship and data visualization at the University of Delaware Library, Museums and Press.
