I lead the Electronic Resouces Management unit in the Technical Services department. The unit ensures the accuracy of data within key systems that provide access to University Library managed resources. It resolves resource outages and breaches, maintains the knowledgebase via corrections and enhancements, activates electronic resources in the library management system, and designs specifications for and oversees vendor record loading.
