I work in the MLibrary Document Delivery [Interlibrary Loan] department at the University of Michigan's Hatcher Graduate Library, specializing in borrowing material and acquiring articles from overseas.

 I have a BA in Music and French minor from Illinois Wesleyan University and a LTA [Library Technical Assistant] certificate from the College of DuPage. I was the entire interlibrary loan department of my hometown library before moving to Ann Arbor and so have an appreciation for the large dedicated staff we have here, as well as an understanding of smaller libraries. I have a passion for finding information for myself and others [the Internet was a dream come true], and, unless restrained, will virtually go to the ends of the earth to track down materials for you. 

My colleagues and I process requests from University students, faculty, and staff for loans and copies of material not held by MLibrary, going to sources worldwide.
