I assist with the licensing and subscription and package management of electronic resources acquired for the University Library. I am also responsible for the ongoing analysis of workflows within Technical Services and the enhancement of processes across departmental teams.

I previously worked in the TS Order Unit, placing one-time print and ebook orders, setting up and renewing subscriptions to journals and databases, and claiming or canceling orders.

Before joining the library in 2022, I taught English for speakers of other languages (ESOL) for six years, first in the Bronx, New York, and later here in Ann Arbor. I also served as academic director for corporate classes at the Michigan Language Center and developed curricula in intercultural communication for professionals.

I have a graduate certificate in TESOL from the New School, a master's degree in Medieval Studies from Fordham University, and an undergraduate degree in English and Anthropology from the University of Miami.
