The full report, written by the Justice Department's Office of the Inspector General, is classified. The redacted and unclassified version is available on the Justice Department's Web Site at: http://www.justice.gov/oig/special/0506/final.pdf. As of June 10, 2005, it was only available as a single, 32.3 MB pdf file, difficult to download on most computers. This web site reprints it in more manageable megabytes.
