        Please take a moment to check your depository's entry in the
"Federal Depository Library Directory."  Let us know if there have been
any changes since the directory was issued in September 1996.  We also
need to know of any changes in the Congressional District number. The
information in the directory is disseminated in electronic form, and LPS
