UPDATE YOUR DEPOSITORY LIBRARY RECORD

        The Library Programs Service (LPS) needs your help to keep
depository library records current on mailing labels, GPO s Web site, the
Federal Bulletin Board, U.S. Fax Watch, and in printed directories.  For
these and other purposes, LPS maintains the Depository Library Profiles
database in administering the Federal Depository Library Program.  Changes
are taking place constantly: for example, recent Federal court cases in
Georgia, Texas, and Louisiana have affected congressional district
boundaries, and the tremendous increase in fax and modem use has caused
new area codes to be assigned in many states.

        Please complete the form below to report changes which have
occurred in 1996.
