Duncan will work on implementation of various tasks identified in the Federal Depository Library Program: Information Dissemination and Access Strategic Plan, FY 1996-2001, which is published as Exhibit 1 in GPO's Study to Identify Measures Necessary for a Successful Transition to a More Electronic Federal Depository Library Program. Duncan will be involved in forming partnerships with FDLP libraries and Federal agencies to provide a distributed system for permanent access to Government electronic information products. Duncan will return in July, 1997 to the University of Nevada, Reno, where he is head of the Business and Government Information Center.
