I'm the User Support Specialist for HathiTrust, and am on the Collections & Access Team (CAT). I lead the HathiTrust User Support team.

Before working at HathiTrust, I worked in the University of Michigan Library for six years as a circulation assistant, followed by thirteen years as the manager of the Computer & Video Game Archive. I have a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from the University of Michigan, and a Master's Degree in Library & Information Science from Wayne State University. I also have a Graduate Certificate in Computer Information Systems from Eastern Michigan University, and a certificate in Data Science through the Microsoft Professional Program.
