I received a Bachelor of General Studies from the University of Michigan in 1988. My focus of study was geography, supplemented by anthropology and English. I received a Master of Library and Information Science degree at Wayne State University.
I am a selector for geographic and cartographic materials, and I provide reference and instructional assistance for maps, the history of cartography, and geography. I have a special research interest in the Dutch cartographers of the 16th and 17th centuries and pictorial maps. I offer instruction to any groups interested in learning about our collections. I am responsible for cataloging and technical services within the Clark Library and supervise the student assistants.
