Since becoming a supervisor in 2012, I have greatly enjoyed the pleasure and fulfillment I receive from working with my staff and serving as their mentor and staff development advisor. I truly believe that mentoring and training and development are the most beneficial and rewarding aspects of being a supervisor. I hope that I am afforded the opportunity to continue to utilize and develop more skills in staff development through my work as a supervisor and as a member of the Staff Development Advisory Committee.
I am also happy and proud that I finally completed my Bachelor's degree from Eastern Michigan University in 2013, and I plan to continue exploring other educational and career aspirations.
Before coming to the University of Michigan in January of 2007, I had the pleasure of working at The Detroit Medical Center, Wayne State University, Marygrove College, and Northville District Library. During that time I held positions as Gift Processor, Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Circulation Assistant and Computer Page.
