Background

I have a BA and MLS from UCLA. I have worked in public, medical and academic libraries before coming to Michigan.

Responsibilities

I share responsibility for serials and new book check-in, editing the information that appears in the public catalog to show the library’s holdings. I assist in preparing materials for bindery, as well as claiming and replacing journal issues that were never received or missing when there is no archival electronic access. Our office notifies Print Acquisitions when we see journals that merge or evolve with new titles. We also do basic book repair on-site.
