I lead the Electronic Resource Management (ERM) unit in the Technical Services department. The unit ensures the accuracy of data within key systems that provide access to University Library managed resources. It maintains knowledge bases via corrections and enhancements, designs specifications for batch record loading, activates electronic resources in the library management system, and keeps collections current by managing deletion and updating of records.
