Zilan works in Interlibrary Loan Lending at the University of Michigan, she has been with MLDD since 2003.

Zilan processes requests submitted to Interlibrary Loan Lending by other universities, both national and international patrons. She is responsible for processing ALA requests and is the contact person for institutions needing new ILLiad accounts.
