On site registration will be available on the first day of the conference only.  We can only accept payment via credit card for on site registration (NO checks or cash).

Travel

Detroit Metropolitan International Airport (DTW) is 20 miles from Ann Arbor, about a 45 minute drive (at the most). AirRide is available for transportation between the airport and Ann Arbor.  A one way ticket on AirRide is $15; however, if a reservation is made in advance the fare is reduced to $12.

Transportation from hotels

Note that all conference sessions will be held on University of Michigan central campus.  The Hampton Inn South and the Fairfield Inn are about 3 miles from central campus. The Fairfield Inn will have a campus shuttle available, with a cost of $7-10 per round trip (exact cost will be determined by the total number of attendees). The Hampton Inn is within easy walking distance of the Fairfield Inn. On weekdays, there is also a bus that runs from Wolverine Tower, a university office building located about a 5 minute walk from both hotels, to central campus, that costs $1.50 per trip. Hampton Inn South

Conference room rate: $119.00; please identify yourself as part of the PDA conference group.

Fairfield Inn

Conference room rate: $109.00

Michigan League Inn (on U-M central campus)

Conference room rate: $135 (one person in the room) or $145 (two people in the room) per night, plus 6% Michigan sales tax. Conference rate for the suite: $230 (one person in the room) or $240 (two people in the room) per night, plus 6% Michigan sales tax. Please identify yourself as part of the PDA conference group.

One parking pass per room is included in the price of the room.  Wi-Fi and Ethernet are free.  A $4.50 food coupon will be given to the guest each night to be used in one of our building food establishments.
