Description

The University of Michigan and Google, Inc. entered into a ground-breaking partnership in 2004 to digitize the print collection of the University Library. 

U-M Library / Google Cooperative Digitization Agreement

To reflect the proposed settlement agreement between Google and the representatives of authors and publishers, Google and the University of Michigan updated their initial agreement in 2009. This amendment did not take effect because the settlement was never implemented. We include it here, for historical purposes.
