David Friday
The Michigan Alumnus 65-77

David Friday, who becomes Junior Professor of Political Economy, was 
born in Coloma, Michigan, September 30, 1876.

After receiving his early
 education in the public schools of Coloma, he entered Benton Harbor Col
lege, Benton Harbor, Michigan, where he took preparatory work.

In 1908 
he received the degree of Bachelor of Arts from the University, and the
 same year became instructor in Political Economy, a position which he held 
until his recent promotion to a Junior Professorship.
