“I see that it is by no means useless to travel, if a man wants to see something new.” (Jules Verne) Join us in the Clark Library as we set off around the world at our monthly open house. Ride the rails across the United States, catch a steamship across the Mediterranean, and board a plane bound for the Arctic with Captain Wilkins. Then follow in the footsteps of Mr. Phileas Fogg and Jean Passepartout as they race around the globe in 80 days, trying to make their deadline back at London's Reform Club. Bring your passport and camera and join us!
When: November 16, 2017 - 4:00pm to 7:00pm
Where: Hatcher Graduate Library, Clark Library, 2nd Floor
*Please note that there will be no Third Thursday on December 21, 2017*
