New Years Resolutions

Need help keeping up with your New Years Resolutions? Stop by the Shapiro Lobby and check out our New Years book display, which will feature non-fiction motivational reads to help you tackle your 2019 goals!  Once again, Ask a Librarian Assistant Casey has curated a great collection of books.

This display of books covers a range of topics and types of resolutions.  For general guidance on reaching your goals, you may want to check out Changeology: 5 Steps to Realizing Your Goals and Resolutions or You Are Not Your Brain : the 4-step Solution for Changing Bad Habits, Ending Unhealthy Thinking, and Taking Control of Your Life.           

If you are looking to make changes in  your health-related behavior,  there are books to help you support those resolutions, too, such as Food : What the Heck Should I Eat?, The 50 Healthiest Habits and Lifestyle Changes, and Yoga : the Path to Holistic Health.

  For the complete list of titles on display in January, check out this list.  You can find these books on the display case in the Shapiro Library lobby through the end of January.  After that they will return to their regular shelves in the Shapiro Undergraduate Library.
