Read about the lives of women like Wilma Mankiller, Coretta Scott King, Grace Lee Boggs, and Elaine Brown, as expressed through their own words. Biographies on display include those about Sojourner Truth, Rosa Parks, Alice Walker, and Fannie Lou Hammer, just to name a few. Read inspiring works by feminist, activist women like bell hooks, Audre Lorde, Dolores Huerta, and Angela Davis.
