Student Organizations on Campus

Are you interested in computer & video games, board games, comics and related geekery and are looking for student organizations on campus that support your hobbies? We thought we'd list a few to give you some ideas.

Casual Gaming Club (CGC)

Playing video games is a great way to meet new people, have fun and relieve stress! The Casual Gaming Club works around YOUR schedule so as to provide easy means for students to play video games with friends and to meet people who have similar hobbies.

Tabletop Gaming Club

We are a new club designed to network existing players of tabletop games (whether they be roleplaying games, board games, or card games) and helping new players get into the hobby as well!

Michigan Games and Cards (GC)

Michigan Games and Cards strives to connect students with an enthusiasm for board and card games.

Gamers Give Back

We share a passion for video games and host many tournaments. Part of each prize pool will go to donating dental supplies to homeless shelters in nearby areas. Also mentoring many high school students, encouraging them to take the path to dental school.

Wolverine Soft (WSoft)

Video Game Development at the University of Michigan! Design, build, program, draw, compose and play video games. Work in teams, receive tutorials, meet industry professionals, and release real products.

Animania: The Japanese Animation Film Society (Animania)

Animania is an anime/social club comprised of U of M undergrads, grad students, alumni and members the Ann Arbor community. If you'd like to join our club, come to one of our meetings on Fridays at 6 PM in Mason Hall room 3330, or email Brendan Reed.

DC Universe Fan Club (DCUFC)

"I think a hero is an ordinary individual who finds strength to persevere and endure in spite of overwhelming obstacles." – Superman. Why not be a superhero and hangout with for a second and talk about your favorite superheroes and villains.

Pokemon Maize and Blue (Pokemon Club)

A club dedicated to the celebration and practice of all things Pokemon.
