Join us tomorrow for our November Special Collections After Hours open house! November is Native American Heritage Month, and in recognition we will be displaying a collection of documents related to the histories, identities, and resistance to colonization of the indigenous peoples of North America.
The event will feature materials from across our collections, including the Joseph. A Labadie Collection, the Janice Bluestein Longone Culinary Archive, and children's literature. See the books in this post and much more tomorrow, November 12, from 4-6pm in room 660D (all the way to the back of the Special Collections Research Center suite on the 6th floor of Hatcher South).
This event is part of Special Collections After Hours, a monthly open house series sharing highlights from the many books, documents, and artifacts in our collections. Each event is open to everyone and will offer a new group of themed materials for visitors to explore. Open houses are held on the second Tuesday of each month during the academic year. Light refreshments will be provided.
