Pamela J. MacKintosh Undergraduate Research Award: Applications Due April 30

In recognition of the extraordinary academic achievements of our undergraduate students, the University Library announces the Pamela J. MacKintosh Undergraduate Research Award for excellence in library research conducted in support of an undergraduate student project during the 2019-2020 academic year.

Undergraduate students who have written or participated in a research paper/project anytime from Spring 2019 through Winter 2020 semesters are encouraged to submit their work for consideration. Students will need a faculty sponsor.  The deadline for submission is April 30, 2020.

The awards are as follows:

Outstanding First-Year Research Project $500
Maize Award for Single-Term Projects  
        First Place $1,000
        Second Place $500
        Third Place $250
        Global $500
Blue Award for Multi-Term Projects  
        First Place $1,000
        Second Place $500
        Third Place $250
        Global $500
Innovation in Research & Creativity $1,000
Team Award $2,000
